Looking through the magnum photos site, I witnessed Lorenzo Meloni's work which captured my attention. In his work, he captures the tragedy of war in the Middle East to show the close-up of the events that occurred there. A thing that I like about him is the fact that he works in the frontline taking these pictures to represent the tragic events in the Middle East. For me, he shows commitment when taking shots of these events because people should know and understand why this is an issue The picture above provides a great representation, with the girls in their home but with the wall filled with bullet holes. The mirror as well captures the view of the buildings in which appear to be damaged. The thing about this picture is that it captures the condition of the aftermath of a war, and these girls in their home capture a story, a tragic one concerning these girls' relations with the war. ...
