                 Alec Soth is a very well-known portrait and landscape photographer who grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and established the idea of documentary-style photography. Soth has taken quite an interesting amount of pictures regarding random people and strangers from wherever he has gone for his pictures. His large-scale projects and portraits, it shows how his way of art is by far very simple yet very compelling to see. The picture above is a good picture to represent Alec Soth’s work and photography.   Tseng Kwon Chi is a photographer that is well known for his self-portrait photographs in front of popular landmarks. The picture shown above shows Kwon Chi in London, United Kingdom. This picture showed him in his typical Mao suit, making him look very professional in every picture he’s in. What makes this photo very unique is that the tower behind him is the only thing in focus while everything else in the background as well as himself out of focus.  All of Kwon Chi’s pictures have one thing in common: the fact that he’s always in it while wearing his Mao suit. The picture above provides the popular Leonardo DiCaprio and a swan, an interesting choice for a picture. Looking more into this pic it gives a sort of moody vibe, with the background of the plain grass and Leonardo DiCaprio holding the swan so elegantly. Although the picture is very different, this sort of style is very common and well used by Annie Leibovitz; she is very popular in including artists and actors in portrait photography.
